Revoke Contract Online

Consumers can electronically revoke a contract concluded online with Craftspares.

The recommended way is via the customer account. There you can access your order using the email address used and initiate a return or cancellation.

If you want to declare the withdrawal without a customer account, you can use the direct form on this page. No reason for withdrawal is requested.

Direct Form

The process is two-step: first you provide name, contract information and email address. Then you check the information and submit the declaration with Confirm Withdrawal.

Further Notes

The electronic withdrawal function complements the cancellation policy and the model cancellation form. You can still declare the withdrawal by other clear means.

The legal review and further processing take place separately after receipt.
